Dhiraagu has introduced a temporary measure allowing customers to make free international calls to the United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia, as tensions continue to unfold in the Middle East.
Under the offer, customers can activate 30 minutes of free calls to the two countries, enabling communication with family members and contacts abroad during a period of uncertainty. The free minutes can be activated by dialling *225# and will remain available for activation until 2 March 2026. Once activated, the minutes will be valid for seven days.
The initiative appears aimed at easing communication barriers for those with close ties to the region, particularly as developments there continue to draw concern.
Dhiraagu stated that the move is intended to provide reassurance and uninterrupted connectivity at a time when staying in touch may carry added importance. The company noted its commitment to supporting customers during challenging circumstances and ensuring they can remain connected with loved ones overseas.
The offer applies specifically to calls made to the UAE and Saudi Arabia.
