Dhiraagu frontline staff have received their first dose of the COVID-19 vaccine.
According to Dhiraagu, with the recent surge in COVID-19 cases in the country, the health and safety of its customers and employees remain the company’s top priority. Therefore, under the Government’s initiative to vaccinate frontline staff, registered slots were received for Dhiraagu staff yesterday.
In the midst of the third wave of the COVID-19 pandemic, frontline engineers and technicians visiting customer premises are continuing to play a critical role in maintaining Dhiraagu’s network infrastructure and ensuring services remain available to customers. Furthermore, the customer service centre staff continues to serve frontline regardless of the severity of the pandemic.
Several measures in accordance with the advice from the Health Protection Agency (HPA) are being taken to minimize the risk of exposing staff whilst working at sensitive areas.
Dhiraagu reiterated that it is committed to support and adhere to Government initiatives to help curb further spread of the virus.
