Dhiraagu has commenced the distribution of race kits and bibs for the Dhiraagu Fuvahmulah Run 2025 (DFR), with the Bib Expo officially opening today at Fuvahmulah City.
The DFR Bib Expo is being held at the City Council Office in Kurundhuma Maalam and will continue until 1 May 2025. Participants can collect their race kits during designated time slots over the three-day period. On 30 April, the centre will operate from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM, 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and 8:00 PM to 10:00 PM. The final day, 1 May, will see the centre open from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM.
Each race kit includes a bib with an in-built timing chip, a race t-shirt, a string bag, and four safety pins. Participants are required to present their national identity card, or a photograph of it, for verification at the time of collection.
The Dhiraagu Fuvahmulah Run is a regional edition of the Maldives’ largest and most popular running event, the Dhiraagu Maldives Road Race (DMRR). The race itself is scheduled to take place on Friday, 2 May 2025, in Fuvahmulah City.
