Introduced at a press conference held at the Dhiraagu Head Office, this comprehensive service offers protection against phishing, harmful websites, spam, and other online risks, aiming to create a safer browsing experience.
NetProtect provides users with detailed control over their online environment through a customisable portal. This platform allows customers to tailor their security settings, enabling them to block specific content categories, such as adult and crime-related material, as well as intrusive advertisements. Users can also set time-based restrictions on certain websites, giving parents and individuals an additional level of control over their internet usage.
Dhiraagu has prioritised affordability and accessibility with this new offering. NetProtect is available to both mobile and fixed broadband customers at competitive rates. As a launch promotion, the service will be free for the first 30 days, allowing all Dhiraagu customers to experience its benefits without cost. Existing customers who were previously subscribed to the parental control service have been migrated to NetProtect and will receive a 50% discount on the service for one year.
