Dr. David Brewster has lectured at the Foreign Service Institute of Maldives (FOSIM) on 21st July 2019.
He gave a lecture on the topic “Indian Ocean Regional Security and Climate Change”.
Dr. David is a Senior Research Fellow at the National Security College at the Australian University.
FOSIM aims to train foreign service industry professionals and promote efficiency and professionalism in the sector.
It is an officially registered institute run under the mandate of Ministry of Foreign Affairs and was established in January 2014.
