Ministry of Education has conducted Educational Support Programmes (ESP) in 30 small schools which intends to provide assistance in overcoming difficulties in teaching students.
The programme which was conducted from July to October for one week in each school saw the participation of 609 teachers, 2608 students and 1484 parents.
The support programme taught participants how to prepare lesson plans, to use co-teaching models in learning and to prepare for learning using available means and methods.
Minister of Education Dr. Aishath Ali distributed certificates to the participants at a ceremony held to mark the end of the programme.
