Dhiraagu has introduced a new update to its Mobile App. With this update, Dhiraagu customers can now enjoy all-new features to help manage their accounts and services conveniently.
The new features included in the updated app include:
• Change Mobile Plans and Fibre Broadband Packages: Customers can now easily change their mobile plans and home fibre broadband packages through the Dhiraagu App.
• Detailed Bill View: Residential customers can now view their bill details for the past 12 months directly from the Dhiraagu App. Simply log in to Dhiraagu App and access your bill information from the “View Bills” section.
• Cancel Add-Ons: Customers who are subscribed to mobile Postpaid plans above Dhiraagu Postpaid 150 can now cancel any recurring add-ons they no longer need by swiping or pressing the “Add-On Balance” button in the app.
