As India is one of the most popular destinations for Maldivian travelers, GoAir has announced plans to resume its flights to Velana International Airport starting from 1st December 2019.
GoAir launched its operations in November 2005 as a low-cost carrier to commoditize air travel across India at a marginal fare. Today, the airline operates to 27 destinations across the Indian subcontinent and 9 international business metros and leisure destinations.
The airline will operate direct flights from 3 prominent cities in India; Mumbai, Delhi, and Bengaluru to Male’ on a state-of-the-art Airbus A320 aircraft. Flights between Mumbai-Male’-Mumbai will be on Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays. Flights between Delhi-Male’-Delhi will be on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Saturdays. And flights between Bengaluru-Male’-Bengaluru will be on Wednesdays and Sundays.
