Maldivian, the national airline of the Maldives, has announced a seamless connection between its early morning flight to Gaafu Alifu Kooddoo (GKK) and the RTL ferry services. This enhancement aims to provide added convenience and comfort for passengers travelling to this destination.
As part of these efforts, the RTL ferry service now coincides with the scheduled flight from Malé to Kooddoo. Specifically, Maldivian flight Q2260, which operates daily to Kooddoo, is scheduled to land at 08:55 hrs, and the corresponding RTL ferry is set to depart at 09:30 hrs.
The expansion of the RTL service is part of a broader initiative to provide comprehensive transport solutions nationwide. Most recently, the RTL service was launched in Noonu Atoll, bringing the total number of atolls served by the service to nine.
This strategic alignment of flight and ferry schedules aims to enhance the convenience and efficiency of travel across the Maldives, contributing to the overall development of the nation’s transport infrastructure.
