Maldivian has announced the launch of special flights to Kuala Lumpur and Bangkok during the upcoming December school holidays.
The national airline confirmed that four round trips will be operated to each destination, catering to growing demand from Maldivian travellers who favour these cities for their shopping, leisure and cultural experiences.
Flights to Kuala Lumpur will operate every Sunday from 21 December 2025 to 11 January 2026, while flights to Bangkok will operate every Tuesday from 23 December 2025 to 13 January 2026. Return fares start from USD 355 for Kuala Lumpur and USD 399 for Bangkok, inclusive of a 25kg baggage allowance.
Tickets can be booked through the airline’s official website, the Maldivian mobile app, authorised passenger sales agents, by emailing the customer care centre, or by contacting the 24/7 call centre on 1671.
Maldivian stated that it looks forward to providing travellers with a comfortable and enjoyable travel experience this holiday season.
