Maldives Marketing and Public Relations Corporation (MMPRC/Visit Maldives) has announced a request for proposals (RFP) to hire an agency to represent the Maldives in the United States for one year.
According to the RFP document, interested parties are required to register by email by May 9th, 2024, before 12:00 p.m. (Maldives local time); an information session is scheduled for the same day.
Furthermore, the document specifies that any queries or requests for clarification must be submitted by the 14th of May 2024 via email before noon (Maldives local time).
The proposal submission deadline is set for the 20th of May 2024, again via email, before 12:00 hours (Maldives local time). Bidders are instructed to address their proposals to Mr. Hassan Shaheel, General Manager of Procurement at MMPRC.
The RFP aims to find a suitable agency to represent the Maldives in the United States and facilitate communication and promotional activities in the American market.
