Adam Azim, CEO of Maldives Transport and Contracting Company (MTCC), and his team met with the members of Mandhoo Island Council and Aa. Maalhos Island Council today to discuss ongoing projects in the islands.
He and his team met with Mandhoo Island Council to discuss the Adh. Mandhoo Harbor Development Project. During this visit CEO Azim visited the project site as well. The project site is to be mobilized in September 2021.
Scope of works for the project include dredging and operations of 19,630cbm; the construction of a 136m quay wall; a 31m breakwater; a 138.73m jetty. Additionally, the installation of streetlights and construction of 580sqm of paved area will also be undertaken. The value of the project is MVR 32.28 million.
CEO Adam Azim and team also met with the Members of Aa. Maalhos Island Council today and briefed them on the progress of Aa. Maalhos Harbor Development Project. During this visit, CEO Azim visited the project site as well.
Scope of works for the project include dredging and excavation operations of 24,335cbm; the construction of a 394m quay wall; a 407m breakwater; a 56m groyne and a 100m revetment. Additionally, the installation of navigation lights, installation of streetlights and construction of 1,970sqm of paved area will also be undertaken. The value of the project is MVR 56.97 million.
