Male’ Water and Sewerage Company Pvt Ltd (MWSC) encourages customers to use mobile applications as opposed to physically paying bills due to the COVID-19 epidemic.
MWSC released a press statement encouraging all its customers to use their mobile applications to pay bills online. Using their mobile app, customers will be able to view the total amount due and easily make payments.
In Addition, users will be able to apply for services provided by MWSC using this application and check the status.
According to the press statement, any customer queries will be attended by their 24/7 customer service line 105.
MWSC urges this precautionary measure to ensure the safety of its customers and employees with the recent confirmations of COVID-19 in the Maldives.
