Ooredoo Maldives and MMPRC Partner to Promote Maldives to 147 Million Global Customers

Ooredoo Maldives has entered into a strategic partnership with the Maldives Marketing and Public Relations Corporation (MMPRC) to promote the Maldives as a leading global travel destination. The agreement, signed on 6th May 2025 at Ooredoo Maldives Headquarters in Hulhumalé, aims to amplify the reach of the “Visit Maldives” brand through Ooredoo’s international network.

The collaboration will see MMPRC leverage Ooredoo Group’s vast customer base and regional presence across nine countries, including major markets in Asia, the Middle East, and North Africa. Ooredoo serves more than 147 million customers globally, providing a significant platform to expand Maldives’ tourism visibility.

Ooredoo Maldives CEO and Managing Director Khalid Al-Hamadi said the company is honoured to collaborate with MMPRC to promote the Maldives. He noted that Ooredoo’s global presence offers a valuable platform to enhance the country’s visibility and encourage more travellers to experience its unique charm.
