Ooredoo Maldives has announced that its Annual General Meeting (AGM) for 2025 is scheduled to take place in March. The record date for shareholder eligibility, including attendance and dividend entitlement for the financial year 2024, has been set for Tuesday, 18 February 2025, at 14:00 hours.
Shareholders listed in the company’s registry by this date will have the right to receive dividends, attend the AGM, and vote either in person or by proxy. Further details, including the AGM’s date, time, venue, agenda items, and voting procedures, will be published on Ooredoo Maldives’ official website by Saturday, 22 February 2025.
