Ooredoo Maldives has announced the opening of its latest Experience Centre in Hulhumalé Phase 2. The new centre is strategically located at Vinares V6-G-03 and is designed to serve as a dedicated point of contact for residents in the area, offering a comprehensive range of Ooredoo services and support.
This new facility is part of Ooredoo’s ongoing commitment to enhancing customer experience and accessibility. The Hulhumalé Phase 2 Experience Centre provides a wide array of services, including SIM card registration, bill payments, device purchases, and personalised customer support. The centre is equipped with the latest technology and staffed by a team of highly trained professionals to assist customers with their telecommunications needs.
In addition to in-person services, the centre also offers guidance on Ooredoo’s digital platforms, enabling customers to make the most of online services such as m-Faisaa mobile payments and features available through the Ooredoo App.
The Ooredoo Experience Centre in Hulhumalé Phase 2 will be open from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM, Saturday through Thursday, ensuring convenient access for customers.
