Ooredoo Marks Children’s Day with ‘Juniors on Duty’ Initiative

Ooredoo Maldives marked this year’s Children’s Day with an initiative aimed at empowering and inspiring the next generation. The company welcomed a group of children to take on playful roles as staff members in its Call Centre and Experience Centre under the banner of “Ooredoo Juniors on Duty.”

The event, held on 10th May from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM, allowed the young participants to engage directly with customers in a safe, supervised environment. From welcoming guests to assisting with queries, responding to social media messages, and answering calls, the juniors had a chance to experience a behind-the-scenes look at the work that goes into serving customers through technology.
