Ooredoo Nation Inter-Resort Esports Tournament Wraps Up

Ooredoo Maldives has concluded its first-ever Inter-Resort Esports Tournament, connecting resorts across the country in a virtual competition that spotlighted the growing enthusiasm for gaming in the hospitality sector. Held entirely online, the tournament featured 16 teams from 10 resorts battling it out in popular mobile titles Mobile Legends: Bang Bang (MLBB) and PUBG Mobile.

The competition saw strong participation and spirited gameplay, with Joali Being 2 taking the top prize in MLBB and Holiday Inn Kandooma Maldives emerging as champions in PUBG Mobile. The winners in both categories received cash prizes, with MVR 5,000 awarded for first place, MVR 3,000 for second, and MVR 2,000 for third.
