Ooredoo Maldives has launched its 2026 Ramadan campaign, inspired by the popular Karaa Felhun game, while also bringing the SuperApp game back for the holy month alongside a range of connectivity upgrades and digital giving initiatives.
The campaign weaves together entertainment, improved network services and charitable features, aligning its digital offerings with themes of togetherness and generosity associated with Ramadan.
As part of the campaign, the Ooredoo Karaa Felhun game returns on the SuperApp. Players can join one of two teams, Raiy Lashkaru or Noo Lashkaru, and compete for prizes throughout Ramadan. The grand prize is a Creator Bundle valued at MVR 100,000, including drones, action cameras, an iPad Air with Apple Pencil, a MacBook Air M5 and an iPhone 17 Pro. Daily prizes, including telecom benefits and cash rewards, will also be available.
Selected SuperNet Unlimited packages will receive complimentary speed upgrades during Ramadan. Speeds will increase from 30 Mbps to 100 Mbps, 50 Mbps to 150 Mbps, 100 Mbps to 200 Mbps, and 200 Mbps to 250 Mbps, aimed at supporting higher usage during peak evening hours.
For prepaid mobile customers, Haarudhan packs will be available between 1:00 am and 5:00 am via the Ooredoo App. These include a 5GB data pack priced at MVR 35 with 24-hour validity and unlimited Ooredoo calls for MVR 10, also valid for 24 hours.
Ooredoo has also introduced Value Share Plus, offering 100GB of data for MVR 300 with 10-day validity. The package includes 40GB for personal use and 60GB designated for sharing, targeting families and users with multiple devices.
The Borderless Pass provides 30 IDD minutes to selected countries along with 2GB of IMO data for MVR 45, valid for three days. The offer applies to calls to Bangladesh, India, Nepal, the Philippines and Sri Lanka.
A free Prayer Alert service will allow customers to receive SMS notifications 15 minutes before each daily prayer time during Ramadan.
Through its digital wallet, m-Faisaa, Ooredoo is facilitating Fitr Zakat payments from the first day of Ramadan until the 28th of Ramadan at 6:00 am. Customers can also donate Iftar packs to mosques in the Greater Malé area and contribute to organisations including the Cancer Society of Maldives, Fiyavathi and the International Aid Campaign via a dedicated donation hub.
The campaign combines network enhancements, promotional features and digital charity tools as Ooredoo aligns its services with increased connectivity needs and community engagement during Ramadan.
