Bison Travel Maldives has officially opened an authentic Italian restaurant in the capital city Male’, ‘Taste of Italy’.
The restaurant which was inaugurated on 24th of October by the President-elect Ibrahim Mohamed Solih, and Vice President-elect, Faisal Naseem, is located at M. Bageecha, Keneree Magu. Although the restaurant was inaugurated for its soft opening, Taste of Italy will open its doors to the public on the 26th of October.
Managed by Chef Giovanni De Ambrosis, who is currently the Corporate Executive Chef of Cocoon Maldives, the most unique aspect about the whole experience is their authentic, traditional stone oven baked pizzas. Additionally, Taste of Italy will provide customers with it’s own production of fresh traditional pasta.
Managing Director of Bison Travel Maldives, Mr. Mohamed Abdul Majeed stated that the restaurant will be specialized in delivering authentic Italian cuisine to customers.
