Ministry of Foreign Affairs announced in a tweet that a Temporary Biometric Clinic will be opening on the 27th of January 2019 where you may request for Schengen Visa. The clinic will remain open till the 28th of January 2019.
We contacted the ministry to get further details on the tweet and we were informed that the Visa issued can indeed be used to travel to all the Schengen countries. However, the individual must first travel to Germany in order to access the remaining Schengen countries.
