Urbanco has opened applications to purchase flats within the Vinares Project this November. Candidates can apply through the online portal between 10 a.m. and 3 p.m. on official working days.
Flats available for sale in this phase of the Vinares Project include those left after the sale of flats up to September 15, 2022. Additionally, individuals who have expressed interest in purchasing a flat as of October 31, 2023, but have not yet demonstrated their financial capacity or received an invitation to accept a unit are eligible to apply.
Interested applicants are advised to review the application guidelines and eligibility criteria, which will be available on the Urbanco website. The application process will remain open until all designated flats have received completed applications.
