2. What’s the current construction status?

  • Dec 1, 2024: Site preparation and piling commenced
  • Dec 27, 2024: Piling completed (ahead of planned Dec 30 finish)
  • Dec 29, 2024: Steel sheet piling and basement excavation began
  • Mar 9, 2025: Basement slab poured, finishing earlier than expected

Superstructure Progress:

  • Mar 23 – Jul 5, 2025: 1st to 11th floor slabs completed
  • Interior masonry started from Ground Floor on May 23
  • Electrical and plumbing installation (MEP) began in June

As of now, nearly 60% of the structural work is complete, and we’re still ahead of schedule.

Future Timeline:
