- Mar 9, 2025: Basement slab poured, finishing earlier than expected
Superstructure Progress:
- Mar 23 – Jul 5, 2025: 1st to 11th floor slabs completed
- Interior masonry started from Ground Floor on May 23
- Electrical and plumbing installation (MEP) began in June
As of now, nearly 60% of the structural work is complete, and we’re still ahead of schedule.
Future Timeline:
- Target: 3–4 floors per month
- Superstructure to be completed by September 2025
- Interior fit-out starting October 1, 2025
- Completion & handover: September–December 2026
3. How were you able to achieve such rapid progress?
