NPH Development Pvt. Ltd. (NPHD) has hosted the launching ceremony of Aqua Vita Residencies at the National Art Gallery on 13th November.
Chief Operating Officer (COO) of NPHD, Mr. Prasann Leagne attended the event, along with the Principal Architect of the project, Mr. Philip Weeraratne.
Mr Prasann Leagne stated that the residences will give ‘Vertical luxury and living at its best’ offering exclusivity, security and privacy for the convenience of the location along with a simplified and optimized design to better utilize the space. He further outlined that the company is committed to provide the best possible home in the nation with best available technology, services and products.
The launching event had an unveiling of the building model followed by a 3D walkthrough video featuring the apartment units and the facilities available at Aqua Vita.
Aqua Vita Residencies is a 14-storey, high-rise luxury apartment building with 104 apartment units, located in Kuredhimaa Hingun, Hulhumalé. The project is estimated to be completed by March 2020.
Each floor of a residence has eight apartment units comprising of four 03-bedroom apartments and four 02-bedroom apartments. The facilities include fully equipped gym, infinity swimming pool, kids pool and play area and a multi-functional hall and clubhouse.
