The Islamic window of Allied Insurance, Ayady Takaful launched their online service portal today.
In the function held at Mookai Hotel, the Consultant of Ayady Takaful, Mr. Ibrahim Firushaan stated that customers will have online access to services such as applying for Motor Takaful Insurance and the renewing the certification once it expires along with Travel Takaful and services to check the validity of insurance certificates as well. “The platform is ‘ayady.mv‘ and customers will have access to it from today” he added.
He also stated that in addition to the services being provided from just their customer outlets, their goal is to make the Takaful services more widely available via the internet and to make it accessible for customers at any convenient time from anywhere in the country or beyond. Also speaking to the press, Manager Mrs. Fathmath Nizama stated the main service of the online platform to serve the Motor Takaful Insuranace. “We are planning to launch on app so that customers need not come to the office to pick up the mandatory sticker” she added.
The Islamic window is gaining a lot of following and support as Islamic finance is becoming mainstream and the norm in the country’s economy.
