In order to terminate the agreement made to rent out the land plot Nasandhuraa Palace Hotel was operated on, legal advice has been requested from the Attorney General, says Minister of Tourism, Honorable Ali Waheed.
Speaking in a press conference, Hon. Ali Waheed explained that once he receives word from the AG, he will be working on terminating the agreement in such a way that investors do not lose confidence in Maldives.
The land where Nasandhuraa used to be operated, along with the land plot right next to it, was rented out to “NPH Investments” through MMPRC on 2015.
