Urbanco has temporarily suspended the application submission process through its online portal for Vinares flats due to technical glitches.
Urbanco announced the opening of applications for Vinares flats through its online portal yesterday.
Users reported delays and difficulties during the portal’s launch, with some taking 20 to 30 minutes to upload their documents while others faced extended unavailability. Some applicants managed to submit forms but experienced prolonged processing times.
Urbanco will announce a new date for reopening apartment purchases from the Vinares project once technical issues are resolved. For more information, individuals can contact Urbanco’s hotline at 1516.
Urbanco opened the window for purchasing Vinares flats at approximately 10 a.m. All available flats were quickly bought and booked. Today’s plan includes offering flats cancelled due to incomplete document submissions from the previous day.
The Vinares project comprises 1,344 three-room flats in 13 ten-storey towers, with around 120 flats available on the opening day. Currently, 1,063 flats are undergoing processing, with 281 successfully booked.
Urbanco is working to address the technical challenges faced during the application process to ensure a smoother experience for applicants.
