Dhiraagu has announced that its 35th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will take place on 28th April. The company will adopt a hybrid format for the meeting, allowing shareholders to participate both in person and online.
Online participation will be facilitated through the ‘Fahivote’ platform. Due to limited capacity at the physical venue, in-person attendance will be capped at 150 shareholders who have registered their interest. Dhiraagu will notify shareholders who prefer to attend in person whether their request has been granted by 1:00 PM on the day of the meeting.
To be eligible to participate in the AGM, shareholders must register before 4:00 PM on the 24th of April. The registration process is currently open.
