Ahmed Nawaz Rasheed has been appointed as the new Chief Operations Officer (COO) of Corporate Training Institute Maldives (CTI Maldives), a leading training institute dedicated to transforming organisations through upskilling, engagement, and empowerment.
With over 15 years of corporate experience, Nawaz is renowned for his strategic management skills, which he honed in key roles across both the private and public sectors. Notably, he served as General Manager of the Maldives Industrial Fisheries Company, where he gained significant expertise in operations, finance, and supply chain management. His extensive background positions him well to lead CTI Maldives into its next phase of growth.
Nawaz has been an integral part of CTI Maldives since its inception in 2020, initially contributing as an independent training coach. His appointment as COO is a testament to his ability to drive high-impact strategies that align with the institute’s vision of creating engaged and skilled workforces. In his new role, Nawaz will spearhead initiatives focused on uniquely tailored training solutions designed to meet the evolving needs of businesses in the Maldives.
In addition to his responsibilities at CTI Maldives, Nawaz will manage and develop other key ventures under Skill Farm Pvt. Ltd., including the Maldives Butler Academy, job.mv, and talent.mv. These platforms are strategically designed to complement CTI Maldives’ core offerings by addressing specific industry needs and fostering talent across various sectors.

Holding an MBA from the University of the West of England, Bristol, Nawaz brings both academic and practical expertise to his new role. His strong foundation in sales and marketing analysis, coupled with his dedication to operational excellence, positions him to lead CTI Maldives towards a future of sustained success and industry leadership.
