Al Shaali Marine Maldives takes home gold at the Maldives Boating Awards organized by the Liveaboard Association of Maldives (LAM).
The awar
d for the Best Production Fiber Boat in the 15m to 40m category was won by Island Hopper 50 of Al Shaali and the award was received by the operations manager Ismail Shareef.
Speaking at the funct
ion the President of LAM stated that they are in dire need for a marina to dock the large and competent vessels that have shined during the awards.
With over 150 liveaboards operating 5000 beds, the Liveaboards are a fast growing sector of the tourism industry.
