Business Center Corporation (BCC) has announced that they are opening up the second floor of the SME Hub to businesses interested in leasing kiosks.
The SME Hub, which was opened in Male’ City on December 15th last year, has already become a thriving hub for local businesses. The ground floor of the SME Hub currently houses a cafe’, a florist, and a small bookshop for local authors, while the first floor is home to 19 food vendors. With the addition of the second floor, BCC aims to expand the opportunities for businesses to thrive in the area.
BCC is preparing to lease 10 kiosks on the second floor of the SME Hub. Three of these kiosks will be reserved for businesses that sell garments, while the other seven will be dedicated to arts, crafts, and accessories. Additionally, there will be a mini cinema, salon, and gaming area on the floor. These features are expected to attract more visitors to the SME Hub and create a dynamic atmosphere for local businesses to thrive.
The SME Hub is a great opportunity for businesses to take advantage of the centralized location and high foot traffic. The BCC has stated that the leasing opportunities for kiosks will be available until May 16th via email. Interested businesses can take advantage of this opportunity to expand their business and tap into a new customer base.
