Ha. Kelaa island council has opened for bids to develop 12 plots of land on the island for tourism purposes. The land is being leased to develop tourist hotels and guesthouses on the island.
The plots of land measure 10,000 and 5,000 sqft. An information session for prospective developers is scheduled to be held on 11th March 2021. Those who wish to take part in the session must sign up by filling out an online form before 9th March.
Proposals for the project are to be submitted by 25th March 2021.
