BML Announces Changes to Working Hours in Line with HPA Guidelines

To ensure services are provided in line with the guidelines issued by HPA and announcement by the Maldives Monetary Authority, Bank of Maldives (BML) has made changes to its working hours from 5th to 15th May 2021: 

– BML branches and service centres will be open on Mondays and Wednesdays from 09:30am to 12pm.

– To continue essential services, BML will process International Transfers (TTs) and BML cheques during this period. Requests received and cheques deposited by 11 am will be processed each day except during weekends and public holidays.  

Customers can request for tokens for the Bank’s services in Male’ City through the QueueBee app and check the waiting position online before visiting.  

Account Opening Centre, Loan Centre and Business Centres will provide services via pre-booked appointments. To make an appointment, visit the BML website.

BML states that the health and safety of its customers and staff is its utmost priority, and encourages its customers to continue to bank from home for everyday banking, and use services available online.
