Bank of Maldives has announced the official working hours during the month of Ramazan and the first seven days of Shawwal 1443.
The Bank’s branches and service centres will be open from 9:30am to 12pm. Self-Service Banking Centres across the country will continue to provide deposit, withdrawal and transfer services 24 hours a day. Cash Agents on inhabited islands will also be available to provide basic banking services to customers during Ramazan. Customers can also reach the Bank through the Contact Centre.
The cut-off times during this period are as follows:

Requests received after the cut-off times will be processed on the next working day.
QueueBee Token
For branch services at BML Main Branch and BML Islamic, customers can request for tokens through the QueueBee app and check waiting position before visiting. Services at the Customer Service Centre will be available for walk-in customers.
Services via pre-booked appointments
