Bank of Maldives (BML) has appointed Mohamed Shareef as their new Deputy CEO and Chief Operating Officer.
Prior to his current position, Shareef held the roles of Director of Operations and Deputy Chief Executive Officer.
Shareef holds a Master of Business Administration (Finance) degree from the University of Manchester, United Kingdom. He joined the Bank in 1995 and has served as the Bank’s Retail Banking Director where he successfully led the development of the Bank’s business in this sector.
