Bank of Maldives has received an award in recognition of the positive impact its Aharenge Bank program has had on local communities. The ‘Award for Investment in Communities’ was presented to the Bank at the Gold 100 Gala which was held at Bandos Maldives last night.
Speaking at the event, BML CEO, Andrew Healy said “We’re especially delighted to receive an award which recognizes our investment in communities as this is an area that is very close to our hearts. Our Aharenge Bank program is a commitment to support the communities we serve through a broad range of investments, donations and activities. I would like to make special mention of our staff across the country who volunteer and who give tirelessly of their time to make life better for their local communities. I accept this award on their behalf.”
