Bank of Maldives (BML) in partnership with Total Fitness Group (TFG) have successfully concluded this year’s BML Wow Kidz Run.
This year’s run was held on the morning of May 12 at Hulhumale’ with 1,000 children from four age groups together with their parents.
“We are delighted to be able to hold this run with TfG again this year. This is a special event held on the occasion of International Children’s Day to educate young children the importance of good health and fitness.” said BML’s Public Relations Manager Mohamed Saeed.
The run was conducted from 1.3 kilometers to 4-kilometers:
- 4-6 years – 1.3 kilometers (with parent)
- 6-8 years – 2 kilometers (with parent)
- 8-10 years – 3 kilometers (with parent)
- 10-13 years – 4 kilometers
Each child who took part in the run were awarded medals upon completion
BML Wow Kidz Run is a popular event amongst a large number of children and their parents. This marks the fifth year the run has been held jointly by BML and TFG.
