Housing Development Corporation (HDC) has announced the development of a cafe’ court in Hulhumale’ Phase 1.
HDC stated that the café court will be developed and operated by FEDO Private Limited near Treetop Hospital in Hulhumale’. FEDO signed the agreement for the land plot in December 2020.
The café court will consist of six F&B outlets, an al fresco dining area, a terrace level event space, a promenade, a parking zone and a swimming pool.
Additionally, HDC revealed that the building will be solar-powered. FEDO is required to complete development by August 2023.
