The MvGL x @vrcafe.mv Beat Saber Pro Series powered by @ooredoomaldives has now officially concluded. A total of 96 participants had competed fiercely to win the competition that started on 20th July 2021.
The first-place winner is Aishath Azka Asfahu, while the second-place winner is Moosa Naseem, and the third-place winner is Ali Muzuhir.
The closing ceremony was attended by the Deputy Youth Minister Mohamed Azmeel, who had awarded the first place winner, MVR 8000, and the second-place winner MVR 2000. The third-place winner received a special VR Cafe gift voucher.
The Deputy Youth Minister had also participated in a friendly game against the founder of VR Cafe’ during the closing ceremony.
The Beat Saber Pro Series consisted of 1v1 matches where players competed directly with each other for a high score. The Maldivian Gaming League partnered with VR Cafe’ to bring VR gaming to the mainstream, and already has a strong following in the local VR gaming community.
