Mohamed Adil has been appointed the Assistant General Manager of the CROSSROADS Marina. Since joining the CROSSROADS team in 2018, Adil has been instrumental in the launch and success of the CROSSROADS Project. His contributions, particularly in fostering a service-oriented approach and introducing innovative strategies, have been pivotal in enhancing the brand’s reputation. Adil’s leadership skills earned him the Hospitality Leadership Award at the 2023 Maldives Tourism Awards, showcasing his significant impact on the growth and achievements of CROSSROADS Maldives.
Mufeed Abdulla takes on the role of Assistant General Manager at the Hard Rock Hotel Maldives. With over two decades of experience in various leadership positions across prestigious Maldivian resorts, Mufeed’s promotion is a testament to his exceptional skills in resort management. Known for his ability to cultivate a vibrant culture of enthusiasm and passion, Mufeed has been integral in intertwining the unique Hard Rock Culture into the resort’s daily operations.
Nasrulla Ali, formerly the Resort Manager of SAii Lagoon Maldives, Curio Collection by Hilton, has been promoted to Assistant General Manager. With a career spanning since 1994 in luxury hospitality brands, including Four Seasons and Anantara, Nasru’s dedication to quality and guest satisfaction aligns perfectly with Crossroads Maldives’ high standards. His extensive experience and commitment have been crucial to the continued success of SAii Lagoon Maldives Curio Collection.
