Minister of Economic Development, Hon. Fayyaz Ismail has traveled to India and met with the Union Minister for Skill Development and Entrepreneurship of India Hon. Dr. Mahendra Nath Pandey.
During the meeting, a Memorandum of Understanding was signed to strengthen technical and vocational training in Maldives.
The Maldivian team of delegates also met with the leading Hospitality companies in India.
Ambassador-designate to India from Maldives, H.E Aishath Mohamed Didi and Maldives Fund Management Corporation representatives accompanied the Minister in the meetings.
