Ministry of Environment has contracted the Maldives Transport and Contracting Company (MTCC) for the Thilafushi harbor rehabilitation project at a special signing ceremony held today.
Minister of Environment, Dr. Hussain Rasheed Hussain signed on behalf of the Ministry at the signing ceremony while the Managing Director of MTCC, Hassan Shah signed on behalf of the company.
MTCC has been handed the Thilafushi Harbour Rehabilitation project along with Waste Processing, Administrative Building, Workshop and Civil Works (platform) for C&D Plant, Recycling Yard, and ELV Dismantling Workshop at Thilafushi.
The project is expected to be completed by MTCC within 480 days and is worth USD 8,800,544.68.
