The excitement of Ooredoo Color Run hits Addu City on Friday afternoon. A simple 5K with lots of color and non-stop fun, the run is open for everyone over the age of six. Twitsaafu Addu

Venue: Across Addu City

Timing: 15:00 hrs – 18:00 hrs on Saturday, 29th June 2019

Ooredoo is also joining Twitsaafu to host an Addu Edition on Saturday morning. The opening ceremony will be held at Hithadhoo Stage Area, with clean-up points being spread out across the city. Twitsaafu is a volunteer led clean-up movement that began with a single tweet earlier this month. Following multiple events in Male’ and Hulhumale’, it is now expanding in horizons to additional areas of the Maldives, starting with the event in Addu City on Saturday. The movement’s key focus lies towards facilitating a solution for the trash issues that are prevalent in the Maldives, in order to preserve the natural beauty and resources of the islands. Additionally, it aims to create a generation that is mindful of the world around us and works towards establishing environment friendly practices within the community.

To participate, join the clean-up points in Hithadhoo, Maradhoo Feydhoo & Hulhudhoo Meedhoo. Follow the latest updates via the Twitsaafu Addu Edition Event Page:
