The government has released pricing details of Raajje Transport Link (RTL) ferries travelling within Southern Atolls, operated by Maldives Transport and Contracting Company (MTCC).
RTL’s high-speed ferry service was introduced in Zone 5, covering Gaafu Alifu Atoll and Gaafu Dhaalu Atoll, on October 30th of the previous year. It was extended to Fuvahmulah City and Addu City in Zone 6 in August of this year.

Starting October 8th, MTCC is set to initiate Highway Link routes connecting various atolls in the region. The ticket prices for trips between Vaadhoo and Fuvahmulah, Hulhumeedhoo and Fuvahmulah, or Feydhoo and Fuvahmulah have been set at MVR 250 each. The ticket price for the route between Vaadhoo and Hulhumeedhoo is MVR 490, and for the journey between Hulhumeedhoo and Feydhoo, is MVR 55.
The RTL high-speed ferry service has also been introduced in Haa Alifu Atoll, Haa Dhaalu Atoll, Shaviyani Atoll, and Lhaviyani Atoll.
