Housing Development Corporation (HDC) is seeking potential and competent parties to lease units from chemical warehouse in Thilafushi.
The units identified for the project are:
- U-16 measuring an area of 786.48 square feet
- U-20 measuring an area of 288.83 square feet
- U-24 measuring an area of 288.83 square feet
- U-29 measuring an area of 827.28 square feet
According to HDC, proposals must be submitted no later than 1400hrs on 10th June 2021 (Thursday), and must be accompanied by a bid security, in accordance with the instruction to proponents.
