Housing Development Corporation (HDC) has signed a framework agreement with Damas Company Pvt Ltd, for the development of a parking building in Hulhumale’.
The parking building will be developed as part of the efforts to decrease the number of vehicles parked on the roads.
The agreement was signed on behalf of Damas by the company’s Managing Director, Abdulla Solih, and and on behalf of HDC by its Managing Director Suhail Ahmed.
The purpose of the agreement is to help solve the parking issues faced by Hulhumale’ residents and those visiting the suburb for different purposes.
The parking building, which will accommodate both motorcycles and cars, is set to be developed on the land behind Ocean Front, near Hulhumale’ Ferry Terminal.
