Housing Development Corporation (HDC) has signed an agreement with Villa Hakatha Pvt Ltd for the development and operation of a self-service fuel station and automated car wash facility in Hulhumalè Phase 2.
This will be the first of its kind fuel shed and car wash facility in the Maldives. The agreement for its development was signed at a ceremony held yesterday at HDC. It was signed on behalf of HDC by Managing Director Ahmed Suhail, and on behalf of Villa Hakatha by Managing Director Ismail Siyan.
While a land plot of 7,386 sqft has been allocated for the fuel station and automated car wash facility, a plot of 10,179 sqft has been allocated for the fuel station and minor repair garage.
According to HDC, the construction and development of the facility is to be completed within a maximum of 9 calendar months from the land handover date.
