Managing Director of Male’ Water and Sewerage Company (MWSC) Hassan Shah has revealed the highest number of water and sewerage projects are being carried out simultaneously this year.
Speaking at the function held to mark the 27th anniversary of MWSC, Shah said the company is currently working on a total of 31 projects with the projects initiated by MWSC last year. Shah said that while four of the projects have been completed, the company aims to complete 20 projects by the end of this year.
“2022 is the year when MWSC has the highest number of water and sewerage projects being carried out simultaneously throughout its lifetime,” Shah said.
Shah stated that MWSC was established 27 years ago to provide services only to Male’. However, the result of the hard work of the company’s employees is that the company is now operating in the Greater Male’ Region as well.
“We note that the real key to all the progress made by the company is its employees,” Shah said.
President Ibrahim Mohamed Solih and Vice President Faisal Naseem attended the function held to mark the 27th anniversary of MWSC.
