Ibrahim Farhad has been promoted to Director of Marina at CROSSROADS Maldives, taking responsibility for The Marina and Township operations while retaining oversight of retail.
The promotion, effective retrospectively from 1 October 2026, moves Farhad from his previous position as Director of Retail into a broader operational leadership role.
His responsibilities now cover retail, airport and transport services, laundry, engineering and public area operations at The Marina. He will also oversee the overall operations of The Marina and Township, alongside the performance and reporting of SHR outlets and banqueting.
Farhad joined CROSSROADS Maldives in June 2024 and has since been a member of its senior leadership team. In his new role, Farhad will be responsible for supporting teams, maintaining operational standards and coordinating the functions under his remit.
