Daily traffic increased during the latter half of the reporting period. Arrivals totalled 59,948 between 11 and 20 July, 7.2 percent higher than the 55,916 recorded during the first 10 days of the month.

Seven days recorded more than 6,000 arrivals. The highest daily figure was 6,946 on 18 July, while the lowest was 4,955 on 6 July.

The July performance represents an improvement from June, when tourist arrivals fell 12.9 percent year-on-year to 123,552.

Despite the narrower gap in July, tourism traffic remains lower across the year. This placed overall visitor arrivals 4.7 percent below the corresponding period of 2025.

China remained the largest tourism market, accounting for 198,582 arrivals or 17.1 percent of the total, followed by Russia with 169,113 arrivals and a 14.6 percent share. The United Kingdom ranked third with 93,448 tourists.

Resorts accommodated 72.7 percent of tourists received during the year, while guesthouses accounted for 22.8 percent. Operational accommodation capacity stood at 68,246 beds across 1,306 facilities as of 20 July.
